Downtown Dunedin’s Fred Marquis Pinellas Trail

In this eccentric town, you’ll feel the funky rhythm even if you’re not wearing headphones. Park your car in Hammock Park and then drive south to downtown Dunedin. As you approach Main Street, you’ll notice attractive stores, pubs, and restaurants. Eli’s Bar-B-Que, Dunedin Brewery, and Café Alfresco are a few of our favorites. For a glimpse of the Dunedin Marina, take a detour west on Main Street to Edgewater Park. Remember, you’re here to work out! It’s all too simple to become sidetracked.

Courtney Campbell Trail

This beautiful 9.5-mile route extends from Clearwater to Hillsborough County along the whole southern edge of the Courtney Campbell Causeway. The 45-foot-high bridge with panoramic views of Tampa Bay is the greatest part… these are Floridian hills, folks! Follow the trail to the Hillsborough side, which will lead you to Rocky Point, where you may stop for lunch and a cold beverage before making your journey back. Put on some sunblock!

The Ream Wilson Clearwater Trail is a great way to see some of Clearwater’s most beautiful parks. Begin at the Safety Harbor Marina and work your way south on the waterfront path that runs down Bayshore Blvd. Get thrilled when you arrive at Kapok Park since you’ve just passed 3 kilometers! Take a break to search for animals along Alligator Creek. A word of caution: swimming is not advised. Back on Safety Harbor’s lovely Main Street, indulge in some retail therapy and fine meals.
