This video highlights Treasure Island and its most and least expensive houses currently for sale. The driving tours I’m doing in these videos are intended to give viewers an unedited tour of these neighborhoods in order to have a true feel of the area.
As we headed into Treasure Island, we drove by John’s Pass Village and Boardwalk which is a great destination for shopping, restaurants, and boat and jet ski rentals. This boardwalk was created in the 1980’s and is a top destination for travelers to the area.
The John’s Pass Bridge we drove over connects Madeira Beach to Treasure Island and does not disappoint as you drive over with its sprawling views of the Gulf of Mexico and Boca Ciega Bay.
Our first destination, the most expensive house for sale in Treasure Island, is located at 790 123rd Ave. Priced at $2,380,000 this home has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms with over 6,800 total square feet! This home has it all with a pool and spa that looks out at sprawling views of Boca Ciega Bay.
We headed a short distance down Gulf Boulevard and entered into Isle of Palms to check out the least expensive house currently for sale. That house is located at 11125 2nd St E. This home is listed at $325,000 with 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and just under 1,000 square feet of living space.
