Today I filmed a video highlighting St. Pete Beach, FL and it’s most expensive and least expensive homes currently for sale. With it being Memorial Day Weekend, and Phase 1 of re-opening Florida in full swing, I thought it would be nice to take a video to highlight St. Pete Beach.
We cruised over the Bayway Bridge, passing the Don Cesar, which has a rich history from being a military hospital during World War II to becoming the iconic, high end resort it is today, and headed towards Pass A Grille, FL where the most expensive home resides.
This home is 2202 Sunset Way. It has four bedrooms and four and a half baths with over five thousand square feet of living space. It boasts a newer AC unit to keep you cool in the Florida heat and has lush landscaping to make this home your own personal tropical Florida oasis. Priced at $384,000.00, this home is ready for its new owner.
To finish off the day, I traveled down Gulf Boulevard on St. Pete Beach to allow those watching, many of whom had to re-arrange travel plans, the opportunity to view St. Pete Beach through a local’s eyes and experience the new normal during Memorial Day Weekend. We cruised by many resorts, including two of the largest on St. Pete Beach- Tradewinds Island Resort and the Sirata Beach Resort. Many of these resorts have bars and grilles that encourage the locals to patronize them, giving Florida residents the opportunity to feel like they are on vacation, while only being a few blocks from home.
