I was seeking to purchase a condo in the St. Petersburg, FL area but live in Texas so connecting with Krystal on Zillow became the perfect relationship. She is local, knowledgeable, professional, responsive, joyful, and pleasant and a genuinely nice person. I was able to visit the area in early September unexpectedly due to COVID 19 restrictions and when I called to let her know I had made it to Florida and could we see some properties, she had everything arranged for the next morning! We checked out the listings and she was efficient and helpful in showing me around the area and properties. Our first offer didn’t take so we moved on to other properties with her providing listings constantly for review. Finally found a great condo on which an offer was accepted. We had some pitfalls along the way to closing primarily with my bank, but Krystal was always positive and encouraging and offering suggestions for what to do and how to handle. Krystal made the purchase process from afar much easier to navigate. She provided immediate resources such as other lenders, cleaning companies and insurance companies that added to the ease of dotting all the “i’s” and crossing all the “t’s.” I could not have done it without her expertise. Krystal goes above and beyond from start to finish. We closed on our first home 17 days after our first offer!
